Significance of tumor markers combined with neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, D-dimer and T-lymphocyte in the diagnosis of colon cancer

Objective: To analyze the value of combined detection tumor markers, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), D-dimer and T in diagnosis colon cancer.
 Methods: This is a retrospective study. A total 80 patients with cancer benign mass admitted Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital from June 10, 2021 December 2022 were divided into study group control group. Further comparison was performed on NLR, T-lymphocyte levels between two groups, associated corresponding at different stages. In addition, correlation analysis carried out focusing above indicators Results: Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), CA199, CD8+ cell count significantly higher than those group, while CD4+ CD4+/CD8+ obviously lower (P<0.05). Among I-IV cancer, highest CEA, D-dimer, found Stage-IV level lowest Correlation indicated that positively correlated whether patient had (r=0.841, 747,991,889,565, all P<0.05), but negative correlations (r=-0.999, -0.994, P<0.05).
